Resembling wild-type (WT) mHSCs16, MPN mHSPCs homed near Nes-GFP+ cells; however, ET-like mHSPCs remained comparatively closer to the bone surface, while PV-like mHSPCs progressively moved away from the bone surface (Fig. 1h,i), which is indicative of distinct HSC-niche interactions in MPN subtypes over time.
