Increased expression of TIF2, SRC-1, RAC3, p300, CBP, Tip60, MAGE-11, and ARA70 CoAs have been detected in relapsed PC patient samples [3–5,20,21,49,51–53], prompting hypotheses that agents which block AR-CoA PPIs might be effective CRPC drugs [20,21,54–59]. The gene discussed is AR; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
