CD8A and neoplasm: The immune cell infiltration analysis showed that the low-risk group had higher immune cell infiltration levels, such as B cells, CD8+ T cells, interdigitating dendritic cells (iDCs), macrophages, mast cells, NK cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), T helper cells, follicular helper T cell (Tfh), T helper 2 cells (Th2), and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) (Fig. 5A).
