Multivariate linear regression analyses revealed that higher AQP4 (β = 0.37, standard error [SE] = 0.12, p = 0.003) and tTau (β = 0.30, SE = 0.15, p = 0.046) levels in the CSF were significantly and independently associated with the presence of CSO-EPVS. The gene discussed is AQP4; the disease is craniosynostosis.
