The results of immune cell infiltration analysis showed that there were significant differences in the infiltration levels of naive B cell, monocyte and neutrophil in patients with myocardial infarction (Figures 4E,F), and significant differences in the infiltration levels of CD8+ T cell, natural killer cell and monocyte in patients with depression (Figures 4G,H). Here, CD8A is linked to depressive symptom measurement.
