The results of RT-PCR detection of peripheral blood samples from Alzheimer’s disease and healthy volunteers showed that the expression trend of ten genes screened was consistent with the detection results; among them, the expression levels of CMTM2, DDIT4, LDHB, NDUFS5, and RPL21 are significantly different among groups. This evidence concerns the gene NDUFS5 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
