HMOX1 and central nervous system cancer: GSEA results in both TCGA and CGGA glioma datasets showed that cell proliferation and cell cycle‐related signaling pathways were significantly enriched in samples with HMOX1, LTF, and STEAP3 overexpression (Figure S9A–F).CCK‐8 and colony formation assays also confirmed that proliferation and colony formation of both U87 and U251 cells were considerably hindered after HMOX1, LTF, and STEAP3 knockdown (Figure 9C,D).
