The present study demonstrated that Wnt/β‐catenin/TCF4‐induced upregulation of eIF3f results in the SGOC pathway reprogramming and correlates with poor cancer survival in CRC, via regulating PHGDH and MYC stability through eIF3f's deubiquitinating activity, which in turn promotes cell growth and tumorigenicity. This evidence concerns the gene EIF3F and colorectal carcinoma.
