IL2 and neoplasm: Related studies have found that the sarcoidosis-like reaction after immunotherapy is mainly T-helper1 cell response mediated by interleukin-2 and IFN- γ, and the increase in the number and function of Th17 cells in tumor patients receiving anti-ICIs therapy.[12] Th17 cells can promote the development of sarcoidosis fibrosis and play an indispensable role in sarcoidosis-like granuloma formation.
