In line with this notion, we found BAP1 knockdown could inhibit MYCN-amplified NB cells proliferation, migration and tumor growth in BE2C and SH-EP Tet21/N cells and in xenograft mice models (Figs. 2 and 3) which support the notion that BAP1 might be an oncogene in NB. This evidence concerns the gene MYCN and neuroblastoma.
