While TP53 mutations are frequently found in tumor sequencing, they currently do not carry therapeutic relevance and are often associated with poor prognosis in several tumors including breast cancer, Ewing sarcoma, or colorectal cancer (Andrikopoulou et al. 2021; Huemer et al. 2018; Tirode et al. 2014; Hu et al. 2021).
