In contrast, SCA treatment in ISO-induced rats led to significantly reduced levels of NF-kB-p65, as well as downregulated mRNA expressions of Tlr4, IKKβ, ERK, JNK, and P38 MAPK, compared to the levels observed in the cardiac tissue of ISO-only treated rats. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK14 and autosomal dominant cerebellar ataxia.
