We also detected the correlation between the expression of HBO1 and CTNNB1 in clinical B-ALL specimens by qRT-PCR, and the results indicated that the mRNA expression level of CTNNB1 was positively correlated with that of HBO1 (Fig. 5I, r = 0.7562, P < 0.0001). The gene discussed is CTNNB1; the disease is precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
