Using RT-PCR, we also observed a significant decrease of CD163 and CXCL10 genes, a tendency for IL-10 expression to decrease, and a significant increase of CCL22 and a tendency for TGFB1 genes to increase in both BC (Figure 5C) and MPM (Figure 5D) TAM-like macrophages. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and breast cancer.
