During embryonic implantation (e4.5), eIS expression of Timp1, Timp2 and Timp4 are 3-, 7-, and 6-fold higher, respectively, in NAT BPH/5 when compared to NAT C57 (Figure 4B,E,H; p = 0.04, p = 0.004 and p = 0.019, respectively). The gene discussed is BRD2; the disease is benign prostatic hyperplasia.
