Nowadays, many gene mutations have been linked to AML patients' prognosis, such as MLL, HOX, RAR-α, CBF, NPM1, WNT, RUNX1, WT1, RB, PU.1, p53, MYC, MPL, JUNB, GATA-1, FOS, FES, N-RAS, CEBPA, KIT, and FLT3 [8–10]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia.
