To investigate the critical role of SIRT1 and SIRT3 in age‐related ischemic heart disease, the protein expression of SIRT1 and SIRT3 was first detected in young and aged mouse heart's left ventricle under sham operations, myocardial acute ischemia of 30 min and 30 min ischemia followed by 6 h reperfusion. This evidence concerns the gene SIRT1 and coronary artery disorder.
