In summary, network pharmacology showed that the active components of Croci Stigma may act on multiple targets, and have the effect to treat STAD by regulating several pathways, such as VEGF pathway, Fc epsilon RI signaling pathway, RIG-I-like receptor signaling pathway, ErbB signaling pathway, Calcium signaling pathway, and PI3K-AKT signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and gastric adenocarcinoma.
