In melanoma, based on the lymphocyte infiltration methods, we observed more infiltration of immune-promotion cells (e.g., CD8 T cells and M1 macrophages) and less infiltration of immune-suppressive cells (e.g., regulatory T cells) in the SETBP1-MUT subgroup (all P < 0.05; Figure 6A, 6B). This evidence concerns the gene SETBP1 and melanoma.
