The results showed that for patients with advanced NSCLC after resistance to EGFR-TKIs, PD-1/L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors combined with bevacizumab in combination with platinum-containing two-drug chemotherapy had some efficacy in terms of patient survival and toxicity tolerance as compared with conventional platinum-containing two-drug chemotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
