Around half (50.8%) of respondents had a CD4 count less than or equal to 500 cells/μL. More than three-fourths of study participants (79.3%) were in WHO clinical stage I. More than half (52.6) of the participants had good ART adherence, 209 (53.3%) had poor social support, 244 (62.2%) had HIV-perceived stigma, 64 (16.3%) had comorbid tuberculosis, and 255 (65.1%) did not disclose their HIV status other than health care provider (Table 3).
