Moreover, some important cell signaling pathways, including WNT/Ca+, protein A signaling, p53 signaling, Janus kinases (JAK1 and JAK2), tyrosine kinase 2 in interferon signaling, WNT/Î2-catenin signaling, and phosphatase and tensin homolog signaling, were also found to be inhibited in the stroke model.
