We also provided evidence that Skp2 regulates MLKL through ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal degradation (Fig. 5, Supplementary Fig. 1), suggesting that, at least in part, Skp2 upregulation is responsible for the downregulation of MLKL in NSCLC cells with acquired resistance to cisplatin.
