Case 234 was a TdT + blastic lymphoma occurring in a 69-year-old man that harbored a MYC-R and had a phenotype compatible with blasts (CD45 dim, CD10 + , PAX5 + , CD20 dim/neg, CD99 + , surface immunoglobulin negative) that also was felt to represent a B-LBL. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and lymphoma.
