In non-small cell lung carcinoma, the inhibition of TRPV3 led to the reduction in Ca2+ ions that arrested the lung cancer cells at the G1/S stage; reduced the expression of cyclinA, cyclinD1, cyclinE, and p-CaMKII; and increased the P27 level (Li et al., 2016).
