Next, we further evaluated the relationship of TUBA1C expression with sensitivity to commonly used chemotherapeutic agents in BLCA; the results indicated that TUBA1C expression was negatively correlated with the IC50 values of doxorubicin, gemcitabine, paclitaxel and mitomycin C, indicating that TUBA1C expression is related to sensitivity to the above chemotherapy drugs. This evidence concerns the gene TUBA1C and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
