Our screen identified 11 genes (NT5E, STK4, TBXAS1, TRIM37, SOS1, HPSE2, AFP, SEN4A, RARA, CYP2D6, FKBP10) carrying 137 variants that have a statistically significant association with the incidence of recurrent infection (P < 0.05) (Fig. 1b). Here, SOS1 is linked to infection.
