WAP four-disulfide core domain 2 (WFDC2/HE4) is an EOC clinical biomarker [35–38], and cellular retinoic acid-binding protein 2 (CRABP2) is upregulated in ovarian cancer and contributes to tumor growth and tumor cell migration and invasion [39–41]. This evidence concerns the gene CRABP2 and ovarian carcinoma.
