NFKB1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: In our study, we found that silencing ANXA1 blocked the inhibitory effect of PI16 on NF-κB activity and cell invasion, whereas the expression level of ANXA1 remained unchanged in the BLCA cells with changed expression of PI16, indicating that ANXA1 might perform as an imperative chaperon of PI16 in the regulation of NF-κB signalling pathway.
