In the model, three proteins (Staphylococcal nuclease domain-containing protein 1 [SND1], glycogen debranching enzyme [AGL] and marginal zone B- and B1-cell-specific protein [MZB1]) were selected at lambda 57; higher levels of AGL and lower levels of SND1 and MZB1 were associated with active renal disease.
