NFKB1 and breast carcinoma: Wu et al. identified the molecular mechanism in which delphinidin inhibited the viability of HER-2-positive breast cancer cell lines by decreasing the protein expression level of p-c-Raf, p-MEK1/2, and p-ERK1/2 and regulating the protein expression level of Bax and Bcl-2 and also inhibited the activation of NF-κB and nuclear translocation of NF-κB/p65 by inducing phase arrest and apoptosis of G2/M [59].
