Recently, we reported the design, synthesis, pharmaceutical formulation, preclinical evaluation, and assessment of biokinetics and dosimetry in patients of a novel 177Lu-labeled PSMA inhibitor (177Lu-iPSMA) (Mexico-ININ) for prostate cancer therapy [9,10,11], as well as the pharmaceutical grade preparation of 177Lu-DOTATOC as a patent-free radioligand molecularly recognized by somatostatin receptors (SSTR-2) for NET treatment [11]. Here, FOLH1 is linked to prostate cancer.
