The purple network represented in Figure 5A was built by searching for the genes ROCK1, AKR1B1, JAK2, DHODH, TYK2, PDE4C, TGFBR1, TNKS2, GABRA4, CCND1, PDE4D, OPRD1, RPS6KA1, F13A1, MTNR1B, PDE5A, IGF1R, BRD4, PDE3B, DYRK1A, JAK1, ADORA1, SYK, CSNK1G1, ADORA2B, TNKS, AURKB, EPHB3, CA13, GRK6, and ADORA3, which are the 31 target genes shared by esketamine, arketamine, and depression. Here, TNKS2 is linked to major depressive disorder.
