CALCRL and multiminicore myopathy: Based on the currently available literature of mainly real-world studies with CGRP(-R) mAbs, response to triptans, unilateral pain with or without unilateral autonomic symptoms, and accompanying migrainous symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, photophobia, and phonophobia, were predictors of a good response (≥50% reduction in MMD or MHD) to CGRP(-R) mAbs.
