Based on this, Zheng et al. reported multivalent antibody recruitment molecules (ARMs) with dual targeting tumor terminal (TBT), including hyaluronic acid (natural ligand targeting CD44) targeting clustered 44 (CD44, a transmembrane glycoprotein, overexpressed in breast cancer and triple negative breast cancer) and nano antibody 7D12 or peptide GE11.7D12 targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR, overexpressed in tumor cells). Here, CD44 is linked to breast carcinoma.
