In univariate COX regression analysis, the incidence of HF rehospitalization rate was significantly increased with age > 65 (HR = 1.793, 95% CI = 1.037–3.099, p = 0.037), diagnosis of DCM-HF (HR = 1.900, 95% CI = 1.033–3.495, p = 0.039), LVEF < 35% (HR = 3.380, 95% CI = 1.836–6.221, p < 0.01), left atrial diameter > 55 mm (HR = 2.410, 95% CI = 1.325–4.382, p < 0.01), serum creatinine > 2 mg/dL (HR = 3.572, 95% CI = 1.415–9.016, p < 0.01), NT-pro-BNP > 4000 pg/mL (HR = 2.659, 95% CI = 1.556–4.543, p < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and hydrops fetalis.
