In total, twenty-six pyroptosis-related DEGs (BAK1, BAX, CASP3, CASP6, CHMP2A, CHMP4B, CYCS, ELANE, CSDMC, GSDMD, GSDME, IL18, IL-1B, IRF1, NLRP7, NLRP6, NLRP3, NLRP2, NLRP1, NOD2, NOD1, PJVK, PYCHARD, TP63, AIM2, and IL6) were identified, in which nine (TP63, IL6, ELANE, NLRP1, PJVK, GSDME, NOD1, NLRP3, and IL1B) were downregulated in the tumor samples, while seventeen (CHMP2A, CYCS, CHMP4B, CASP3, CASP6, IRF1, GSDMD, BAK1, BAX, NLRP2, IL18, NLRP6, NOD2, PYCARD, AIM2, GSDMC, and NLRP7) were upregulated, respectively.
