For example, with glioblastoma, eS6 (RPS6), eS27 (RPS27), uS8 (RPS15A) and eL34 (RPL34) are known as oncogenic [84,85,86,87,88,89], whereas uL18 (RPL5), uS17 (RPS11), uS9 (RPS16) and uS13 (RPS18) are found to have a tumor-suppressive function [90,91]. This evidence concerns the gene RPS11 and glioblastoma.
