The aim of this study was, for the first time, to assess and compare the impact of FAAH and/or MAGL inhibitors: KML-29 (a selective MAGL inhibitor), PF-3845 (a selective FAAH inhibitor) and JZL-195 (a dual MAGL and FAAH inhibitor), on the different stages of memory processes (acquisition, consolidation and retrieval) in mice, as well as evaluation of the effects of the above compounds in an experimental mouse model of schizophrenia. This evidence concerns the gene MGLL and schizophrenia.
