GADD45A and glycogen storage disease VI: GSEA analysis revealed that GADD45A low-expression gene sets were associated with cell adhesion molecules, graft versus host disease, and ribosomes, while the high GADD45A expression gene set was mostly enriched on the metabolism (beta-alanine, drug cytochrome p450, and other enzymes), peroxisome, and valine leucine and isoleucine degradation (Figure S3A,B).
