SAM and SH3 domain containing 1 (SASH1) is a signal adapter protein of the SLY family, a well-known tumor suppressor gene that shows decreased expression in various cancers such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), gastric cancer, and cervical cancer [44,45,46,47,48,49]. This evidence concerns the gene SASH1 and breast carcinoma.
