These findings were largely in agreement with the results of analysis using data from the TCGA database, showing that the increased expression of CDCA7 in gliomas was associated with the enrichment of four pathways, including the cell cycle pathway, nucleotide excision repair pathway, P53 signaling pathway, and homologous recombination pathway, while analysis of the TCGA database also revealed enrichment of the pyrimidine metabolism pathway in gliomas bearing a high expression of CDCA7. Here, CDCA7 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
