Recent studies have suggested that miR-93 promotes prostate cancer progression/metastasis by suppressing DAB2 to activate the Akt/ERK1/2 pathway, and that the upregulation of DAB2 and inactivation of Akt/ERK1/2 may be a potential therapeutic target for prostate cancer green tea polysaccharide [36]. Here, DAB2 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
