In the sinus blood of CHD patients of the generalized sample, positive correlations were found between MCP-1 and VEGF-A (rs = 0.51; n = 21; p < 0.05), MCP-1 and VEGF-B (rs = 0.51; n = 20; p < 0.05), SDF-1 and VEGF-A (rs = 0.47; n = 21; p < 0.05), SDF-1 and VEGF-B (rs = 0.60; n = 20; p < 0.01), MCP-1 and Ang-2 (rs = 0.41; n = 31; p < 0.05), Gal-3 and Ang-2 (rs = 0.48; n = 33; p < 0.01), Gal-3 and MMP-9 (rs = 0.42; n = 40; p < 0.01) and ADMA and endothelin-1 (rs = 0.39; n = 33; p < 0.05), and a negative correlation between EPCs and EDCs (rs = −0.76; n = 11; p < 0.01) (Figure 2B). Here, VEGFB is linked to coronary artery disorder.
