The implication of the LPA1 receptor in the stimulation of lung cancer cell migration by PA was tested by treating the cells with PA in the presence of the well-established LPA1 specific antagonist AM966 [17,18] (Figure 7A), and the also well-established and structurally dissimilar specific LPA1/3 inhibitors Ki1645 [17,19] (Figure 7B), and VPC32183 [19,20] (Figure 7C). This evidence concerns the gene LPAR1 and lung carcinoma.
