CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The main objective of this study was to analyze peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in a cohort of patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) receiving anti-PD-1/PD-L1 in order to identify biomarkers that reflect cancer–immune cell interactions and could reliably reveal patient responsiveness to immunotherapy and predict better survival.
