The NCF190H expressing mice, with lower capacity to induce ROS, develop MIP through activated macrophages and γδ T17/Th17 cells, and are associated with an upregulated STAT3 already in naïve skins, and upregulated JAK1, p-JAK1, and p-STAT3, with highly upregulated IL-17A, IL-23, and TNF-α, in psoriatic skin. This evidence concerns the gene MIP and neoplasm.
