FOXP1 has been reported to be associated several human malignancies, including endometrial cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, prostate cancer, renal cell carcinoma, ovarian carcinoma, osteosarcoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and B cell lymphoma [33, 47, 55–60]. The gene discussed is FOXP1; the disease is hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
