BAK1 and preeclampsia: Different with most existing studies, and more importantly, we confirmed that miR-126-3p and BAK1 as the crucial components of ceRNA axis were dysregulated in the placentas of both mouse model of preeclampsia and human preeclampsia patients, which further supported the role of hsa_circ_0002348/miR-126-3p/BAK1 ceRNA axis in the placental pathophysiological process of preeclampsia.
