YTHDF1 and neoplasm: Consistent with what was observed in the database, METTL3, WTAP, RBM15, RBM15B, YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, FMR1, LRPPRC, HNRNPA2B1, RBMX, and ZCCHC4 were more highly expressed in tumor than normal tissues, while ZC3H13, IGFBP1, IGFBP2, IGFBP3, and FTO had reduced expression in tumor than normal tissues (Fig. 8).
